Many years ago I began a journey that brought me from living a nightmare to living my dreams. I am a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, certified Essential Emotions Coach, Holistic & Integrative Health Coach, Intentions Coach, and Empowerment Coach. I have specific tools to help women learn their authenticity so that they can live intentionally from their heart. I know these tools work because I used them myself. My results were so amazing that I invested in more education to be able to share my experience and knowledge with other women. We all have the power to heal, nurture, and succeed inside of us. My purpose is to help women realize those powers. My clients become my friends. Those friends become free to move into their own purpose and share their uniqueness with the world.
