Refund Policy

Purchasers have an unconditional 3 day right to cancel for 100% of the purchase price. Note, the three day right of rescission period begins on the original purchase date, excluding any subsequent payment dates, and does not depend on course access. Notification of the purchasers intent to cancel must be sent in writing to [insert email address] by midnight on the third day. 

After the three day right of rescission has past, the purchaser may request to cancel within 30 days of the original purchase price to be refunded 50% of their original purchase. Note, the cancellation request date begins on the original purchase date, excluding any subsequent payment dates, and does not depend on course access. Notification of the purchasers intent to cancel must be sent in writing to [insert email address] by midnight on the third day. 

After 30 days from the date of the original purchase all sales of the Essential Emotions Coaching program, or any other courses, events, or promotional offers, are final and do not qualify for refunds, credit, or exchange.
