I’m a busy mom to 4 boys. My priorities are my family, my faith, and creating a life I don’t want to escape from. I love to travel, play and beat my kids at a fun board game, uplifting music and reading a good novel. Though a lifelong resident of Utah I prefer the sunshine to the snow, though I’ll probably stay where I’m at. I’ve found incredible healing through facing the hard emotions and learning how to process and live more free. I love being able to share it with others and help them find more peace and love within themselves.
