I facilitate personal exploration, empowered choice and energetic change. My role is to hold space, be present and witness you as the being you are. My intention is to partner with you in exploration and empowerment. To teach tools and ways of being that can allow greater peace and wholeness. I act as a guide into the awareness that choice exists and positive change is more than possible, it is probable.

My toolkit includes these certifications and modalities: Essential Emotions Coach, AromaTouch Technique Instructor, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Sacred Childbirth with Reiki™, AC Bars and Body Processes, Tapping, TAT and guided meditation.
