My health journey started at age 20 when I started having children. God gave me the wisdom and insight at a very young age. I pursued an education and certificate for Health Coaching, Holistic Christian Counseling and Essential Emotions Counseling. As a mom of 3 boys and a volunteer of 15+ years with our youth and young adults I’m excited to offer Essential Emotions as an additional tool to help people find freedom and power in their natural gifts and abilities.
