My childhood was very unique and has greatly coloured the way I see the world, living in many different countries & with many different cultures.
I was brought up in a family from a country that specialises in avoiding difficult feelings or emotional topics – I became an expert in “managing” trauma rather than “expressing, feeling & healing” the emotions that keep us trapped in a loop of limitation.
Eventually, as often happens, situations arose that forced much needed change to awaken to a better way.
For the last 28 years Ive embraced working with Colour & Light & Essentials oils and these have proven to be PowerFul Tools to explore, discover & transform with. It gives me great joy to now live a fully feeling; free life & to be able to guide others into a place of emotional freedom.
So many possibilities & opportunities arise – as we gather all of that freed up energy into creating a really fulfilling life.
