Hi! I’m Brittany and I work with women to help them learn and embrace their divine worth and to love and accept their bodies. After suffering from Breast Implant Illness and making the scary decision to remove my breast implants of 17 years, I realized the importance of loving our bodies as God created them. Preparing to “explant” and knowing that I was going back to the body that I had hated for most of my life had me realize it was time to address my unprocessed emotions and rewrite my belief system about myself. This beautiful process along with the power of plants from God’s pharmacy is invaluable tool in gently processing and releasing those emotions and replacing them with intentional and positive belief systems. Since explanting, I have been on a mission to empower women to take their bodies back physically, emotionally and spiritually. Your body is a beautiful miracle and you are enough just as you are! I also have a beautiful blended family, three boys and one girl, a former Air Force husband that I adore and a mini schnauzer that makes us laugh every day. In my spare time, I live to be outside on the trails in my running shoes or on my mountain bike, off-roading, playing games, laughing and living life. Life IS the adventure!
