Consent to Use Persona. Essential Emotions, LLC (the “Company”) organizes conventions, conferences, training sessions, workshops, reward trips, recruitment meetings and other gatherings where photographs and videos are taken to develop presentations and marketing materials that can be used for recognition, training, advertising and promotion or other such purposes. As an attendee, I consent to the use of my image, persona and appearance for such reasonable use, and expressly waive any and all rights thereto. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve versions of my image used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images. I release the Company and Company’s assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my image, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. The Company is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit in connection with the image. I further acknowledge that the company is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement.
